PerfectPath is a unique program for young adults
Challenge
Young people want to work, but often lack some core life management skills, such as time management and the ability to balance a checkbook. Challenges in finding their way in the world extends to their workplace which can cause a cycle of poor job performance and unemployment.
Solution
PerfectPath was created to bridge these gaps by offering communal living and education for new workforce employees. The stability provided by having a stable living environment as well as life skill education provides a chance to thrive at work and jumpstart a productive and fulfilling career.
